What These Sites Need

Corporate floors are judged on the same few things every morning: desks, kitchens, glass and washrooms. What goes wrong is almost never effort - it is an unwritten scope that leaves nobody able to say what was supposed to happen on a given night.

How We Set It Up

Set-up starts with a site walk-through and a written scope broken down by area, task and frequency. Nightly tasks cover desks, kitchens, amenities and bins; weekly tasks cover internal glass, skirtings and vents; periodic tasks such as carpet extraction and high dusting are scheduled and priced in the agreement rather than raised later.

What You Receive

Deliverables are the signed scope of works, a consistent supervised crew, cover arranged in advance for leave and sick days, and a fixed itemised price you can map line by line to the tasks. Terms stay month to month with 30 days notice.

What These Sites Need

Distribution and storage facilities need cleaning that fits around pick-and-pack operations and respects forklift zones. Amenities, lunchrooms and high-touch surfaces are where the standard is actually judged.

How We Set It Up

Work is planned against your shift roster: a documented SWMS, agreed no-go periods for forklift aisles, machine sweeping in booked windows, and daily sanitising of amenities and lunchrooms. Hardstand and dock areas are cycled on a stated frequency.

What You Receive

Deliverables: the site SWMS, an area-by-area frequency schedule, a named supervisor, and fixed itemised pricing. Extra scope such as pressure washing is quoted in advance, never invoiced as a surprise.

Medical suites are judged against infection-control expectations, not appearance. The requirement is separation of clinical and non-clinical zones, correct product selection, and documentation that survives an audit.

How We Set It Up

We separate clean and dirty workflows with colour-coded equipment per zone, use TGA-listed hospital-grade disinfectant on clinical surfaces, and require a signed end-of-day checklist covering consult rooms, treatment areas, waiting room and amenities.

What You Receive

Deliverables include the room-type cleaning schedule, a documented product list, retained sign-off sheets you can produce at accreditation, and fixed itemised pricing on month-to-month terms.
